Baoding Zhongda Casting Co., Ltd. is a large private company, which is integrated casting and machining manufacturing, and its stable capital is more than 130 million RBM. There are 680 stuffs and include 108 special technicians. The company covers the area of 60,000 square meters and the building area is 45,000 square meters. The main product of the company are ductile iron casting, gray iron casting .The annual output is more than 40,000 tons. The company is located in Wangjing town, Tang county, Hebei province, it adjacent to Jingguang railway and 107 national road, the transportation is very convenient and the communication is very smart.

There are four sets of casting workshops, and five sets of machining workshops.The main casting machine are more than 100, such as Japan Sino FCMX automatic producing line, FBO automatic producing line, resin sand producing line, shoot sand core machine, electric furnace, cupola, etc. The main machining equipments are more than 280 sets. There are more than 100 sets of CNC,NC. There came from Korea, Taiwan and Japan. Others machining equipments are milling, lathes, vertical lathe, boring machine, milling machine, grinding machine, broaching machine, drill machine and turning machine, etc. The main physical and chemical equipments include spectral analysis, omnipotence hydraulic pressure test machine, metallographic analyzer machine, inside quality analysis machine, HB hardness analyzer, drag test equipments, The dimension check equipment is CMM. We have all of the testing & inspection equipments.

The main parts are automobile components, agricultural machinery parts and engineering & machinery components. Such as brake hub, drum, fly wheel, inletair pipe & reliet pipe, gear housing, shell housing, front support, valve body, pump body and so on. In home we cooperated with John Deere Tiantuo company and Danfoss company. Our products also sell well in the USA, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Mexico and Australia.
