Baoding Zhongda Casting Co., Ltd is a large private company, which integrates casting and machining manufacturing. And its fixed assets are more 80 million RMB. There are 580 staffs including 108 special technicians in our company. The company covers an area of 40,000 square meters and the building area is 30,000 square meters. The main manufacture equipments are more than 400 sets. We mainly produce ductile iron casting and gray iron casting. The annual output is more than 20,000 tons.

The main products are automobile components, agricultural machinery parts, and engineering machinery components, such as brake drum, brake hub, fly wheel, inlet & outlet pipe, gearing housing, shell housing, fore-support, balance counter weight, pulley, valve body, pump body and so on.

Our company has three casting workshops. There are more than 100 sets of main casting machines, such as Japan SINO FBO production line, resin sand production line, molding machine production line, shoot sand core machine, electric furnaces, and cupola furnaces and so on. We have two sets of cupola furnaces (7T and 4.5T), four sets of electric furnaces (1T 2sets, 750KG 1set, 500KG 1set).

Our main manufacturing methods are green sand and resin sand casting. The suitable weights range for our factory production is 5 kg to 1000kg. Japan FBO molding produce line sand case measure is 500´700 (millimeter), which is fit to produce single and large amount of products, its weight range is 5kg--50kg. Molding machine sand case is 1400 (length)´ 900 (width), the weight range is 10-- 260kg. Resin sand molding line could produce large products.

The main machining equipments are CNC machining centers, NC lathes, boring lathe, vertical lathe, milling machine, grinding machine, planing machine, broaching machine, drill machine, and turning machine, etc. Also, our ordinary lathes are 220 sets, among which are 19 CNC, including horizontal and vertical CNC milling lathes (the biggest worktable of horizontal CNC machining centers is 800´800; the biggest worktable of vertical CNC machining centers is 1200´500; NC milling lathes worktable is 1700 (length)´620(width) (millimeter); the CNC machining precision is 0.02mm) and 16NC lathes,  whose machining precision is 0.02mm.

The physical and chemical analysis equipments include spectral analyzer (which can analyze Carbon, Silicon, Manganese, Phosphor, Sulphur elements and melting irons chemical composition), Omnipotence hydraulic pressure test machine (which can tests tensile strength, yield strength and elongation ratio etc.), Metallographic analyzer machine ( which could analyses microstructure), Ultrasonic detector (analyze interior quality of castings), and HB hardness analyzer (could analyze every ladle of melting iron). All kinds of chemical & physical records will be kept for 5 years. Sand testing analysis (can test sands moisture, gas evolution ratio, moisture absorption) will be carried out per 15 minutes. The dimension check equipment is CMM (worktable size is 1200´900). All of the testing equipments are completed.

Our company has become to be Hebei provinces first level company.

Our products package is made by exempt suffocating plywood and every packages weight is about 1000kg. We also could design package according to customers requirement.  

Our product could delivered to Beijing Airport and Tianjin ocean port. We could accept the following delivery terms: FOB Tianjin, C&F destination port, CIF destination, and other trade terms.

Insurance method: we cover All Risks at 110% of the invoice value.

Generally speaking, we could accept terms of payment of L/C, D/P at sight, and T/T.

Generally the sample finish time is: after signed the contract and 50% of model & tooling charge reached our companys account, we will send samples to customers company within 45 days (by air).

 Large quantity of parts will be delivered from FOB Tianjin of China within 45 days after the contract signed, and they arrives the clients within 70-90 days.
