Baoding Zhongda Casting Co., Ltd. is a large private company, which is an integrated casting and machining manufacturer, and its stable capital is more than 80,000,000 RMB. There are 580 stuffs including 108 special technicians. The company covers 36,000 square meters and the building area is 26,000 square meters. Our company is only specialized in ductile iron casting and gray iron casting, the annual output is more than 20,000 tons.

We have about 100 casting machines, such as: Japan Sino FBO molding line, resin sand product line, Z148E & Z8612B sculpt machine, shoot sand core machine, electric cooker, cupola, etc. The main manufacturing machine are more than 220 which include 6 CNC machining centers, 1 NC milling,6 NC lathes, vertical lathe, boring machine, milling machine, grinding machine, broaching machine, drill machine and turning machine, etc. The main physical and chemical equipments include spectral analysis, omnipotence hydraulic pressure test machine, metallographic analyzer machine, inside quality analysis machine, HB hardness analyzer, drag test machine. The dimension check equipment is CMM and other test equipments.

The main products are automobile components, agricultural machinery parts and engineering machine components. Such as brake hub, drum, fly wheel, inlet & relet pipe, gear housing, shell housing, fore-brace, balance counter weight, pulley, valve body, pump body and so on. Our products also sell well in the USA, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Mexico and Australia.
