The investment is 30,000,000RMB, There are 200 staffs and include 30 special technicians and 26 management staffs. The main product is ductile iron casting and gray iron casting. The designed annual output is 20,000 ton.

The mainly manufacturing equipments are: molding machine production ring line, resin sand production line, hot box core shooter, painting line, automatic sand treatment line and dust removal equipments, sewage disposal facility. The inspection equipments are: spectral analyzer, metallurgical microscope, ultrasonic sound analyzer, universal material test machine, HB hardness analyzer, CE analyzer, common chemical physical inspection equipments, molding sand test equipment and so on. The products quality has improved efficiently by using high tech casting simulation software and automatic solidify technology on technology & technics process side.

The mainly products are agricultural machinery parts, tractor parts, engineering machinery parts, and automobile parts. Such as:  transmission case, gear-box cover, front support, step-half-axle housing, axle, brake disc, brake drum & hub and so on. All of these parts sell well in the USA, Germany, France, Italy, and Mexico and so on.
